Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking an Associate Actuary to join the Projections & Capital team in Ireland. The role involves producing liabilities for forecasting and stress testing, collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Global Portfolio Management, Audit, Tax and Risk Management to support both internal and external reporting.

The candidate should have 7+ years in financial services, near FSA, and knowledge of Bermuda EBS and other international accounting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services, ideally in reinsurance reporting.
• Near FSA (or international equivalent).
• Knowledge of Bermuda EBS framework and reinsurance.
• Knowledge of other international accounting frameworks and/or insurance accounting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Dedication to high-quality, timely work and strong results.

Responsibilities

• Produce liabilities items for forecasting and stress testing deliverables.
• Collaborate with valuation and reporting teams to capture forecasting and stress testing dynamics.
• Work with Bermuda filings and related reporting teams.
• Refine models to support forecasting, stress testing and capital reporting needs.
• Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Global Portfolio Management, Audit, Tax and Risk Management.
• Support Bermuda reinsurance transaction analysis and pricing projects.
