Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Active Directory Security Remediation Lead in Dublin for a 1-year contract. You will spearhead a high-impact security transformation, remediating critical AD and identity risks within a large enterprise.

You will collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and infrastructure specialists to strengthen cyber security posture, expand expertise in Kerberos, PAM, and governance, and deliver measurable security improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering and securing Active Directory in large enterprises.
• Expertise in AD security remediation, hardening, privilege reduction and certificate-based authentication.
• Deep knowledge of Kerberos authentication, delegation models, SPNs and privileged access management.
• Experience coordinating security remediation programmes within production environments, including change and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation initiatives, remediating critical Active Directory and identity security risks.
• Lead complex remediation initiatives alongside senior architects, project managers, and infrastructure experts to improve the customer’s cyber security posture.
• Expand expertise across identity and privileged access technologies: AD Security Hardening, AD CS, PAM, Kerberos, gMSA, Delegation Controls, and enterprise governance.

About Your New Job

• As the Active Directory Security Remediation Lead, you will be at the forefront of a high-impact security transformation programme, protecting a large enterprise by remediating critical Active Directory and identity security risks.
• You will lead complex remediation initiatives, working alongside senior architects, project managers, and infrastructure experts to directly improve the customer’s cyber security posture.
• You will expand your expertise across modern identity and privileged access technologies: AD Security Hardening, AD CS, PAM, Kerberos, gMSA, Delegation Controls, and enterprise-scale governance—building a strong network within TCS and across our client ecosystem.

What Skills You Need

• Deep knowledge of Kerberos authentication, delegation models, SPNs, service account security, and privileged access management.
