Tata Consultancy Services UK&I in Letterkenny is seeking an Actimise Solution Analyst with strong AML and fraud domain expertise to work with business users and compliance teams, translating requirements into Actimise solutions and supporting end-to-end implementation.

The role covers SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, IFM, and involves using Visual Modeler, AIS, and RCM Designer. A CAMS certification is a plus. Hybrid role with UK hours: 1pm–9pm GMT.

The Role

This role is primarily for an Actimize Solution Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in AML and Fraud Management. The individual is expected to work closely with business users and compliance teams to understand requirements, translate them into Actimise solutions, and support end-to-end implementation, testing, and validation activities. A strong understanding of customer interactions, requirement gathering, and banking transaction flows is important.

The role requires deep experience across key Actimise modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Risk Case Manager (RCM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC), Watch List Filtering (WLF), User Data Management (UDM), and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM). The candidate should understand how alerts are generated, investigated, and managed through the case lifecycle, along with the associated regulatory and compliance requirements.

From a technical perspective, the person should be comfortable working with Actimise platform components including Visual Modeler, RCM Designer, and AIS, while also possessing enough functional knowledge to discuss AML regulations, sanctions screening, OFAC requirements, BSA/AML compliance, and KYC processes with business stakeholders. Exposure to designing and executing regression test suites across upstream and downstream systems is also expected.

Overall, this is not a pure development or testing role. It is a specialized Actimise AML/Fraud domain role that requires a combination of banking compliance knowledge, Actimise platform expertise, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end understanding of financial crime monitoring and case management processes. A CAMS certification would be a strong advantage.

Your responsibilities:

Your Profile

• Proven experience working within Banking, Financial Services, AML, or Fraud Management domains.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Self-motivated professional with strong ownership and delivery focus.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Actimise applications and platforms.
• Deep expertise in SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM modules.
• Thorough understanding of transaction monitoring, alert management, investigations, and case management workflows.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of Actimise solution architecture and configuration.
• Experience designing and executing regression test suites across integrated systems.
• Knowledge of AML regulations, BSA, OFAC, KYC, sanctions screening, and financial crime compliance requirements.
• Understanding of end-to-end Actimise application lifecycle and data flow architecture.
• Ability to perform functional analysis, validation, and solution troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification.
• Experience with Actimise Visual Modeler, AIS, and RCM Designer.
• Exposure to large-scale Banking, Risk, or Compliance transformation programs.
• Experience working in enterprise banking environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and fraud investigation processes
