Job summary

TLI Group is seeking a Credit Controller to join the Finance team in Tralee for a 12-month maternity cover. You will manage the O2C AR processes, handle inquiries, and support month-end close with accurate accounting and reporting.

This role requires attention to detail and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in AR or accounting, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage O2C accounts receivable processes on a daily basis.
• Maintain and monitor the credit control mailbox for queries.
• Review and process customer invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and VAT coding issues.
• Prepare customer reconciliations and lead month-end close support.
• Liaise with customers on payment terms and reconcile receipts.
