GKR Search and Selection is supporting an established aircraft leasing platform in Shannon, Co Clare, recruiting an Accounts Receivable Associate on a fixed-term 12-month basis. The role covers invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and supporting month-end activities within a collaborative aviation finance environment.

• Professional accounting qualification or relevant finance credentials, either completed or in progress.
• Demonstrable experience across accounts receivable or credit control.
• Strong Excel skills with ERP experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations across an international portfolio.
• Support month-end financial activities, including reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and improve cash collection performance.
• Assist with audit activities and provide wider finance team support where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.

Aircraft Leasing - Accounts Receivable Associate (fixed term)

We are supporting an established aircraft leasing platform in the search for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join its finance function in Shannon, Co Clare. This is a fixed 12-month opportunity for a finance professional looking to broaden their exposure within a collaborative aviation finance environment, supporting customer accounts, financial operations, and process improvement initiatives.
