Elevate Partners in Dublin is seeking a newly ACA-qualified professional to join the growing aviation finance team. You will focus on financial reporting and IFRS-conscious accounting in a fast-paced international setting.

This role offers exposure to monthly, quarterly and annual statements, coordination with external auditors, and technical accounting work on aircraft leasing structures. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Newly ACA qualified (recently qualified through Big 4 or similar).
• Some exposure to aviation, leasing, or asset finance clients.
• Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support statutory and group reporting, including liaison with external auditors.
• Contribute to technical accounting matters in aircraft leasing structures (lease accounting, SPV reporting).
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, intercompany transactions, and treasury tasks.
• Support the wider finance team on ad hoc projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and uphold internal controls.

Our client is a growing, international aircraft leasing platform with a strong presence in Dublin's aviation finance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support statutory and group reporting requirements, including liaison with external auditors
• Contribute to technical accounting matters relevant to aircraft leasing structures (e.g. lease accounting, SPV reporting)
• Assist with cash flow monitoring, intercompany transactions, and treasury-related tasks
• Support the wider finance team on ad hoc projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS) and internal controls

Requirements:

• Newly qualified ACA (recently qualified through a Big 4)
• Some prior exposure to aviation, leasing, or asset finance clients
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
