Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Dublin is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for a multinational Fortune 500 client based in Dublin West and Dublin South. You will own the AP activities for your dedicated entity, reporting to the AP Leader, in a collaborative, large finance team.

Hybrid role with 2 in-office days after training. DOE €40,000–€45,000, up to 12% bonus and 8% pension. Benefits include subsidised canteen and on-site parking; strong Excel and Oracle ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-5 years accounts payable experience
• Strong experience operating in a fast-paced accounts payable role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and time management
• Detail oriented with ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process high volume and high value invoices, 3 way matching and as well as non PO invoicing
• Processing payments requests
• Investigating and resolve invoices discrepancies
• Prepare supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing prepayments
• Managing shared supplier query inbox and respond to supplier queries
• Produce monthly Accounts Payable Reports
• Liaise with Auditors (External/Internal, SOX)
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements
• Ensuring strong relationships are maintained with company vendors
• Opportunity to support on multiple projects for AI and automation
