Job summary

Davy in Dublin is seeking an Accounts Payable & Cost Analyst to join the Finance Department. The role ensures efficient processing of supplier transactions, strong governance across P2P, and insightful cost analysis to support budgets and business decisions.

You will work with budget owners and operational teams to improve controls, drive process improvements, and ensure timely payments, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Experience processing invoices and supplier payments.
• Experience performing financial analysis and investigating variances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate supplier invoices and payments.
• Review and set up new suppliers with due diligence.
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Support month-end activities, accruals, and reporting.
• Provide cost analysis and variance reporting to budget owners.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
