They are currently seeking an ambitious Accounts & Business Advisory Services Senior to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified Senior looking to take ownership of a client portfolio and champion modern finance technology, automation, and AI-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio & Advisory: Prepare and review complex management accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients, increasingly taking autonomous ownership of client relationships.
• Compliance: Supervise and review the preparation of VAT, VIES, RTD, and Intrastat returns.
• Digital Transformation: Support clients in optimizing their finance functions through process improvements, automation, and the implementation of AI-driven solutions.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior team members, assisting with their professional development and reviewing their work.
• Commercial Performance: Contribute toward team utilization, revenue, and profitability targets, ensuring accurate time tracking and assisting with the fee/billing process.
• Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and cross-functionally within a high-performing, supportive team environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualification: ACA / ACCA / CA newly qualified (or equivalent).
• Background: Proven experience working within a fast-paced professional practice environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong management accounting foundation with exposure to client advisory work.
• Software: Proficiency with cloud accounting software and tools (e.g., Xero, Dext, Monday.com, and MS Office).
• Tech-Forward Mindset: A genuine interest in emerging finance technology, automation, and AI solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and senior leadership.
