Arcon Recruitment Services is recruiting three Accounts Assistants for opportunities across Mayo, including Ballina (6-month contract) and Castlebar and Kiltimagh (permanent roles). We seek organised, detail‑oriented candidates who enjoy supporting a busy finance team.

You will process purchase and sales invoices, assist with accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, maintain accurate records, support month‑end reporting and liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve

Qualificações

• Previous experience as Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator or Bookkeeper.
• Good working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Processing purchase and sales invoices.
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
• Completing bank and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting month-end reporting and general accounts administration.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries.
