3D Personnel is recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a growing finance team in West Donegal. The role suits someone with an accounts qualification and 1+ year of experience, eager to develop a career in finance.

You'll handle sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliations, respond to queries, assist with month-end reporting, and perform general accounts tasks. This is a fully onsite role in West Donegal; travel to the office is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Administration experience 1 year + desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices
• Bank, credit card and nominal reconciliations
• Responding to finance-related queries from customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Assisting with month-end reporting
• General accounts and administration duties as required
