U Value Insulation Group is seeking a full-time Accounts Administrator in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (moving to Dunshaughlin, Co Meath soon). The role supports the Credit Control Manager and Finance team, handling credit reports, cash sales, aged debtors, and data controls to drive timely and accurate reporting.

Key duties include setting up new customer accounts, posting payments, and liaising with the service team on queries. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• 1+ year of accounts customer service experience preferred.
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Capable of handling a large volume of transactions and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Set up new customer accounts on Intact after approval.
• Monitor accounts receivable emails for all companies.
• Perform credit report checks and post/payments allocations.
• Manage cash sales and generate aged debtors reports.
• Liaise with customer service on price/quantity queries.
