  • Maintain Balance Sheet and Fixed Asset reconciliations.

  • Work with local accountants and auditors.

  • Work closely with Procurement to ensure invoices and purchase orders are tracked and accurate.

  • Support the implementation of a new finance and accounting system, and write the subsequent processes.

  • Proactively look to automate financial tasks, reporting, variance analysis and cash management.

  • Get involved in Accounts Receivable and Payable as necessary.

  • Contribute to regular cash flow forecasting.

  • Manage local bank and crypto accounts.

  • Assist company leadership and other stakeholders with financial queries.

  • Support project managers across various projects, handling all financial aspects and queries.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting and support to the wider Ilkari business as required.

What are we looking for
  • Experience: 5+ years with extensive knowledge of accounting fundamentals and finance systems. Experience working in Technology is an advantage.

  • Education: An accounting qualification - AAT, CIMA or similar.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer-focused and stakeholder-oriented approach.

  • Attention to detail: Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail, comfortable dealing with numerous and complex data sets.

  • Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving operational and procedural issues, with a solution-oriented mindset and a focus on process improvement.

What's in it for you
  • A friendly, inclusive and multicultural environment - We are made up of over 20 nationalities.

  • Private health insurance.

  • Life Insurance: peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

  • Income protection.

  • Pension scheme.
