Job summary

Omnissa seeks an Accounting Manager to lead accruals and expense analysis, ensuring ledger accuracy and compliant reporting. You will partner with FP&A to manage quarterly activity, review open POs, and document manual processes. The role involves SME work on expense accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and driving automation initiatives.

Location is Cork, Ireland with a HYBRID work model. The ideal candidate has ACA/CPA and SaaS multinational experience, strong accounting technicals, and

Qualifications

• Active ACA or CPA designation preferred.
• Big 4 or SaaS multinationals background advantageous.
• Strong analytical and accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manual journal entries for PO accruals at period end and quarter end with FP&A.
• Be SME for expense accounts (Cost of Sales, Contractors, Marketing) and ensure tie back to support files.
• Review prepayments for completeness and potential accruals at period end.
• Drive month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy.
• Champion process improvements and automation using AI tools.
• Support external audits and FP&A on PO mapping to GL.
