Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking an Account Supervisor to manage day-to-day communications and PR for a mix of Irish and international clients across food & beverage, health, financial services, transport, sustainability, sports and arts & culture.

You will drive integrated campaigns, craft high-impact content, lead media relations, deliver client insights and help grow the business while mentoring Account Executives in a hybrid Dublin setting. The starting salary ranges from €47,000 to €52,500 DOE.

Qualifications

• Degree in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, politics or business or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong versatility across modern communications, from social media to traditional PR and written communications.
• Keen eye for emerging trends, consumer behaviours and technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive Integrated Campaigns: Creating, managing, and executing strategic communications campaigns that demonstrably achieve clients’ objectives.
• Craft High-Impact Content: Write, edit, and produce content across digital and traditional channels (press releases, op-eds, presentations, stakeholder letters, speeches, multimedia).
• Lead Media & Stakeholder Relations: Pitch stories across national/local/trade channels; handle media inquiries; build relationships with industry and government reps.
• Deliver Client Insight: Monitor and report on social/digital trends, media coverage, government announcements, industry shifts and research.
• Power New Business: Identify growth opportunities, nurture client relationships, assist with pitches, and help account management run smoothly.
• Leadership & Team Management: Overseeing, mentoring, and developing Account Executives.

FINN Partners is expanding and is looking for an Account Supervisor (Account Manager equivalent) to manage the day-to-day communications and PR activities of a variety of Irish and international clients.

Working as part of our high-energy team, you’ll help create and execute communications and public affairs strategies for a dynamic portfolio of Irish and international clients across food & beverage, health, financial services, transport, sustainability, sports, and arts & culture. We are looking for a well-rounded communicator with a diverse skill set across the communications spectrum, from social media strategy to traditional media relations.

• Deliver Client Insight:Monitor and report on social/digital trends, media coverage, government announcements, industry shifts, and new research.
• Power New Business:Identify growth opportunities, nurture client relationships, assist with pitch proposals, and help client account management run seamlessly.
• Leadership & Team Management: Overseeing, mentoring, and professionally developing the Account Executives working under your supervision.

Storytelling Ability

• Background:A degree in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, politics, or business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Comprehensive Skill Set:Strong versatility across modern communications, from social media and digital content strategy to traditional PR and written communications, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Industry Curiosity:An innate passion for current affairs, digital media, and culture, with a keen eye for emerging trends, consumer behaviours and technology.
• Work Ethic:A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong organizational skills to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
