Sodexo Ltd in Ireland seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. You will manage engineering teams, build strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires significant FM experience, a background in engineering or building services, and the ability to manage budgets and P&L.

Formación

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated FM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience leading large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with budgets, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Desirable qualification: IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing technical services, engineering teams, and key client relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• A proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.
• A qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline is desirable, along with professional memberships or HSE qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.
