Dublin Business School (DBS) is seeking an Academic Administrator to provide cross‑departmental administrative support across Academic Operations. The role involves coordinating programmes, managing enrollments and timetables, and serving as a key contact for students.
You will maintain student records, assist with end-of-cycle activities, and help with graduation events, while upholding DBS policies and quality standards. A bachelor’s degree and strong English skills are essential.

To provide administration across Academic Operations, liaising with the Registrar’s Office, Examinations Office, Admissions Office, Student Experience, and Finance department, in accordance with the demands of the academic calendar. The Academic Administrator will be deployed across the department in response to demand and will undertake a range of tasks.
