Job summary

KARL STRONG CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is seeking an Experienced excavator operator to work on a busy civil engineering project in Dublin. You will operate an 8-ton tracked excavator, perform trenching, drainage and service excavation, and ensure daily mechanical checks are completed.

Essentially, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, Safe Pass and an Excavator ticket (CSCS 360). The role requires working with a site crew and maintaining safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• No formal education required, but relevant training and certification are required.
• Safe Pass, Manual Handling and CSCS 360 Excavator ticket are expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate an 8-ton tracked excavator on a busy civil engineering project.
• Excavate for drainage and services and perform trenching and grading.
• Conduct daily machine checks and work safely with the site crew.
