Job summary

Collins Aerospace Shannon is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Shannon site. You will supervise production team members, manage shift planning, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as site lead during the evening shift, enforcing SOPs and reporting on metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SOPs, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to manage shift operations and scheduling.
• Strong incident response and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of operators on 2nd shift.
• Ensure production schedules meet customer requirements.
