Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a 24/7 remote support role is required.
• Experience with Data Center operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II support for 24/7 Data Centers.
• Collaborate with IT Systems and Networking on Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues.
• Document incidents in real-time and ensure SLAs are met.
