UHY Farrelly Dawe White Limited is launching its Elevate Graduate Programme for the 2026 intake with opportunities in Dundalk and Balbriggan. Recent graduates or those finishing soon in Accounting, Finance, or related fields will gain hands-on experience across audit, tax and advisory, while pursuing professional qualifications.

You will be supported through internal and external training programmes, with a strong focus on personal and professional development within a 3-pillar framework.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• On track for a 2.1 or above.

Responsibilities

• Work with audit, tax and advisory teams.
• Gain on-the-job experience with SMEs, large corporates and international clients.
• Support the pursuit of ACCA, ACA or CTA qualifications.
• Participate in internal and external training programmes.
• Develop professionally and relationally through a 3-pillar approach.

You Will

• Work closely with experienced teams across audit, tax, and advisory
• Gain on‑the‑job experience with SMEs, large corporates, and international clients
• Receive full support to pursue professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CTA)
• Benefit from both internal and external training programmes

Who are we looking for?

• Recent or upcoming graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline who are on track for a 2.1 or above
