Sword Security is seeking a seasonal DSP Security Officer to join our Dublin team. You will help deliver exceptional safety and crowd management at high-profile music and sporting events, reporting to the on-site supervisor and collaborating with a professional team.

Based in the Dublin area, you will work a pattern that keeps guests safe, maintain vigilance, and demonstrate strong communication while engaging with event attendees in a friendly, helpful manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Irish Security Market.
• Based in the Dublin Area and able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team orientated individual to join Sword Security as a Seasonal DSP Security Officer! 2026 is going to be an incredible year with a number of high profile music and sporting events taking place in Dublin this year. Sword are a leading global supplier of event staffing and crowd management services across multiple locations including, Dublin, London, Cardiff and Toronto. We are looking for DSP Security Officers to join our growing team in Dublin. We are a passionate bunch and look forward to finding the right person to join our expanding team!

We are now hiring DSP licensed security for seasonal event and hotel work. A dual license would be very beneficial. If you would like to be at the cutting edge of the security industry then Sword are the company for you.

Requirements:

1. Door Security Procedures License * Please note that a Static License is not applicable for this role
2. Based in the Dublin Area
3. Have strong communication skills
4. Minimum of 1 year experience in the Irish Security Market.
5. Must be willing to work as part of the team.
6. Ability to be on your feet for an extended period.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. The ability to smile!

Job Type: Seasonal

Salary: €15.41 per hour and Sunday Premium
