Job summary
A local procurement company in Cimanggis, Jawa Barat is seeking a qualified individual for purchasing roles. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in procurement, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities include placing orders, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring deliveries. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on procurement and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement, fresh graduates welcome.
- Proficient in negotiation, communication, and Microsoft's Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Place orders for goods/services according to company needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers for prices and delivery times.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor delivery of goods.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations.

- Minimum education of S1 (Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Possess good negotiation and communication skills.
- Meticulous, honest, and able to work with targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (a plus).
- Understand the purchasing & supply chain administration process.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Place orders for goods/services according to company needs.
- Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery times with suppliers/vendors.
- Search for, select, and foster good relationships with suppliers.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) according to procedures.
- Monitor the delivery of goods until they are received in good condition.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
- Prepare purchasing reports and procurement-related administration.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of goods.
