KRA:

  • Manage technical aspects of the electronic technology products of customers
  • Sign Up AMC’s with customers, generate new leads for AMC
  • Manage day to day activities of the East Branch
  • Plan AMC’s/Service Visits of Teams on a Monthly Basis
  • Conduct System Setups
  • Manage Hotel/Resort visits & verify each expense statement raised to the finance department
  • Coordinate with suppliers for warranty & replacements
  • Prepare AMC/WRR Reports and submit it to the finance department
  • Manage Customer Escalations

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Past Experience in OEM/Hospitality Industry is preferred
  • Experience of minimum two years in dealing with AMC’s & Service Contracts
  • Should have experience in handling customer’s technical escalations
  • Should be well versed with MS Office, MS Windows & ERP

RELEVANT Requirements:

  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written in Hindi & English, Bengali and other regional Eastern Languages will be a bonus
  • Self-Motivated & Self Driven Person who has ability to manage both teams in person and remotely

  • Current Location should be in Kolkata
  • Knowledge of Eastern Indian States would be a bonus.

Educational Background:

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics/IT/Electrical Computer Networking

  • Computer Hardware/Networking Support/IT support

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • OEM/ AMC or Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)

Candidate who is a local resident of either West Bengal/Odisha or other North East State and is willing to re-locate to Kolkata and travel extensively will be preferred, the person will be entirely heading North-East India should know more than 3 languages will be a bonus.
