Job summary

Job description

Supervise the fabrication and installation processes for civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation works in accordance with approved engineering drawings.

Perform equipment sizing for equalization tanks, aeration tanks (MBBR/MBR), clarifiers, filter presses, blowers, and pumps.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on WWTP activities and project progress.

Coordinate with contractors and mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and HSE teams regarding site activities and project execution.

Ensure all WWTP activities are carried out in accordance with applicable SOPs and construction HSE standards.

What we're looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or a similar water treatment environment.

Strong knowledge of WWTP processes, including biological treatment, chemical treatment, sedimentation and filtration technologies.

Proficiency in water quality analysis and familiarity with relevant testing equipment and methodologies.

Excellent understanding of environmental regulations and discharge standards applicable to industrial wastewater treatment.

Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve operational challenges independently.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.

Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency situations as required.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages (written and verbal).

Knowledge of sustainable treatment practices and environmental best management practices (preferred).
