Job summary

BYD Indonesia operates a large-scale manufacturing workshop in Subang, delivering up to 150,000 units per year. The role focuses on leading production operations, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across processes and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or related fields, and strong English skills; Chinese also preferred. The position emphasizes talent development and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing EV

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and safety management to meet quality and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the team, including recruiting, evaluating, and motivating staff.
• Establish and improve workshop management systems, quality targets, and processes.
• Plan and manage resources to maximize workshop utilization and control costs.
• Coordinate with technical departments to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop training plans and nurture talent within the workshop.
• Prepare production reports for management decision-making.
• Implement information security policies and report violations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations and safety management in accordance with production requirements, ensuring timely delivery with required quality and safety standards.
• Lead and manage the team to achieve assigned targets and tasks, including recruiting, developing, evaluating, and motivating team members to enhance overall capability and engagement.
• Establish and continuously improve workshop management systems, quality targets, and operational processes.
• Plan, evaluate, and manage resources effectively to maximize workshop utilization and control operational costs.
• Coordinate with technical departments to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, product quality, processes, and workplace safety.
• Develop training plans, recruit and nurture talent, and strengthen the talent pipeline within the workshop.
• Prepare production reports and provide data support for management decision-making.
• Implement the company’s information security policies and requirements, and monitor and report any violations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
• 3-5 years of experience;
• Bachelor degree, education major is mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering
