Job summary

• Responsible for supervising, executing, and reporting the operation of the training system of the business department;


• Responsible for assisting the investigation department with the annual training needs, formulating and following up on the annual training plan and budget plan according to the needs;


• Responsible for the establishment and improvement of relevant training regulations and assessment methods;
