Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data or Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, workforce cost analytics, dashboard reporting, or data governance.
• Experience supporting HRIS master data management and workforce analytics is preferred.
• Strong understanding of workforce cost structures and HR data governance in complex organisations.
• Certification in FP&A or data analytics is an advantage.
• Experience in multi-entity, asset-based, or project-based environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce cost budgeting, forecasting, and tracking processes with accurate monitoring of actual vs. budget performance.
• Analyse salary, benefits, incentives, and related costs to identify trends, variances, and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Human Capital dashboards and KPI reporting, providing visibility on FTE, workforce movements, and employee demographics.
• Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modelling to support workforce planning and decisions.
• Generate actionable insights to help leadership optimise workforce resources and improve decision-making.
• Support HRIS back-end data governance and ensure integrity of master data within SuccessFactors (PeopleHub) and related sources.
• Support job architecture and organisation structure configuration aligned with design requirements.
• Strengthen workforce reporting standards, data quality, governance discipline, and analytics capabilities across the HC function.
