Job summary

Thales is seeking a passionate Software and Integration Engineer with expertise in Workday Extend and its integrations to join our Jakarta team. You’ll contribute across the project lifecycle from design to production, ensuring secure, high-performing Workday solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams to translate business needs into robust technical implementations. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years' hands-on Workday experience, proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, WWS and

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience maintaining/implementing Workday solutions.
Familiar with Workday architecture and its ecosystem (HCM, Finance, Payroll).
Experience with integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of Workday Reporting (standard & advanced).
Familiar with Workday Object Transporter is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, and maintain Workday Extend and Integrations.
Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain and optimize Workday Extend applications and integrations.
Analyze performance and troubleshoot Workday issues.
Follow Workday configuration best practices and write documentation.
Create and execute test scenarios for Workday releases.
