Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an IT Product Manager to define, govern, and evolve Warehouse Management System capabilities across sites. You will lead roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, IT, and customers to deliver scalable warehouse solutions.

Role focuses on WMS, automation, analytics, mobility, and cloud technologies, with global collaboration and strategic customer onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or supply chain related field.
Proven experience in WMS, supply chain solutions, product management, or delivery.
Experience leading system implementations and transformation projects.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in logistics/warehousing.

Responsibilities

Maintain the WMS product vision and roadmap.
Align product strategy with business objectives.
Prioritize enhancements based on value, customer needs, and ops impact.
Drive digital transformation with WMS, automation, analytics, mobility and cloud tech.
Establish product governance and technology standards.
Translate requirements into end-to-end designs.
Review solution blueprints, specs, and integration designs.
Lead workshops and roadmap initiatives.
