Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• GPA >= 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Authorized to work in Indonesia without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Completing internal projects that contribute to customer outcomes and support continuous business improvement
• Participating in job preparation process improvements using lean principles
• Supporting operators in implementing lean improvements on the production line
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance
