Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Field Operator – Well Testing Project to join a frontline field team at customer locations in Indonesia. You will assist with equipment preparation, rig-up, operation support, monitoring, housekeeping, and rig-down activities while following supervisor instructions to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

The role emphasizes HSE compliance, teamwork, and reliable equipment readiness in demanding field environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of oil and gas well testing or related field operations.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions, procedures and safety rules.
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Commitment to HSE and safe execution of field activities.

Responsibilities

• Support on-location well testing activities including rig-up, flow operations, sampling, flowback, and demobilization.
• Prepare, inspect, connect and operate equipment under supervision; ensure safe handling.
• Assist with test separators, choke manifolds and pressure control gear as directed.
• Follow daily instructions to ensure safe, efficient field operations and timely completion.
• Conduct basic site housekeeping, documentation and reporting of equipment issues.
