Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia seeks a seasoned Wintel System Administration leader to ensure stability, performance, and security of Windows-based infrastructure. You will guide a dedicated team, manage deployments, and drive operational excellence across the Wintel stack.

Responsibilities include overseeing AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, server hardware, and backup strategies, while ensuring compliance and strong vendor coordination. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of Wintel System Administration experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong Windows Server expertise (2012/2016/2019/2022) and AD/DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and server hardware.
• Scripting ability (PowerShell) and ITIL knowledge; English and Bahasa Indonesian fluency.

Job Summary

Lead and manage the Wintel System Administration team, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of UOB Indonesia's Windows‑based infrastructure and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and support of Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other related Wintel technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Wintel System Administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Plan, execute, and oversee Wintel infrastructure projects, including server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Develop and implement robust backup and recovery strategies for Wintel systems, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize system availability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application) to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Wintel systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UOB Indonesia's IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective support for Wintel‑related hardware and software.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide escalation support for critical incidents.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Wintel System Administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Proven experience with server hardware (e.g., HP, Dell, IBM) and storage area networks (SAN).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
