Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Windows System Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). You will administer IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat, support Java- and .NET-based applications, and troubleshoot Windows services, SQL Server, and runtime issues.

Strong PowerShell scripting and proactive monitoring are essential. 1–2 years of relevant experience and basic networking knowledge are preferred to join our IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, System Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of: Windows Server administration, PowerShell, IIS, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, JRE/JDK, and SQL Server.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and Networking.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat web/application servers.
• Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications.
• Troubleshoot Java Runtime, Windows Services, IIS, and application-related issues.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, monitoring, and basic performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative task.
• Monitor server health, application availability, and system performance.
• Perform Windows patching, security updates, and preventive maintenances.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• NET Application & IIS troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server Administration
