Job summary

Japfa in East Java is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to conduct wet laboratory analyses, record results in SAP, and support reagent prep and equipment operation.

You will perform method validation, investigate non-conforming results, maintain reagent and glassware inventory, and ensure adherence to HSE and 5S standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field and 1-2 years of lab experience, with willingness to be based in Lamongan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of lab analysis experience in food, feed, pharma, or manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of wet lab testing, analytical methods, reagent prep, and lab quality systems.
• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wet laboratory analyses and record results in SAP.
• Prepare testing activities, including reagent preparation and ensuring reagent quality.
• Operate laboratory equipment, perform method validation/verification, and investigate non-conforming results.
• Maintain inventory records of reagents and glassware, and perform routine instrument maintenance.
• Implement and comply with HSE and 5S standards for a safe laboratory environment.
