Job summary

The Wellness Expert role at Jakarta Marriott Hotel Gelora is a hands-on position focused on creating engaging recreational activities for guests. You will manage inventories, recruit and schedule participants, and promote a welcoming, safe environment across the hotel’s facilities.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, upholding safety standards, assisting during emergencies, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and any local/state required training.

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and promotional materials.
• Inventory supplies, materials and equipment; notify manager of low stock.
• Recruit, register and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere and provide facility information to guests.
• Assist in emergencies, maintain safety, and supervise staff as needed.
