Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist General – Well Testing Project to supervise end-to-end well testing operations at the wellsite. You will coordinate field crews, third-party interfaces, verify equipment readiness, oversee safe rig-up and rig-down, and ensure high-quality delivery of the well testing scope in line with the approved program.

The role requires at least 15 years of oil and gas experience, strong leadership, and clear English communication to interact with customers,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas well testing operations.
• Strong supervisory or senior wellsite leadership experience.
• Knowledge of well testing equipment and surface testing packages.
• Ability to interpret wellsite data and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end well testing project execution at the wellsite, including pre-job prep, rig-up/down, testing, sampling, data acquisition and demobilization.
• Lead and coordinate field crews, operators, subcontractors and third-party service providers to ensure safe work execution.
• Verify readiness and safe operation of well testing equipment and surface packages.
• Supervise critical activities such as pressure testing, flow period execution, sampling, sand monitoring, and well-control interfaces.
• Monitor wellsite parameters and escalate abnormal conditions with immediate corrective actions.
