Job summary

Jeeva Resorts is seeking a capable wedding and events coordinator to join our team in Indonesia. The role focuses on planning and executing weddings and events from start to finish, ensuring each detail aligns with the client's vision and our standards.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in event coordination, strong organizational and guest service skills, excellent English, and the ability to manage complex schedules and vendor relationships under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding or event coordination, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with vendors and clients.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weddings and events from planning to execution.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event requirements.
• Prepare event timelines, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Ensure all event details are executed according to the agreed plans and standards.
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown on the event day.
• Monitor event budgets, costs, and vendor arrangements.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and client satisfaction throughout the event.
