Job summary

GTMLab is a growth consultancy in Southeast Asia seeking a hands-on Web Developer to join our engineering team in Menteng, Central Jakarta. You will build, maintain, and optimize websites for diverse clients, turning requirements into user-friendly solutions.

Ideal candidates have about 1 year of web development experience, familiarity with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflow. You’ll collaborate across teams and learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in web development or related role.
• Familiar with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or other website builders.
• Comfortable working with website updates, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools in your development workflow.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to work onsite at our office in Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on web development role where you’ll work closely with our engineering team to build, maintain, and improve websites for our clients.

You’ll help turn business and project requirements into functional, user-friendly websites, troubleshoot technical issues, and find practical solutions when things don’t work as expected.

You’ll also be encouraged to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to work smarter and improve your development process.

Your Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain websites based on project requirements
