Job summary

GTMLab is a growth consultancy in Southeast Asia seeking a hands-on Web Developer to join our engineering team in Menteng, Central Jakarta. You will build, maintain, and optimize websites for diverse clients, turning requirements into user-friendly solutions.

Ideal candidates have about 1 year of web development experience, familiarity with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflow. You’ll collaborate across teams and learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in web development or related role.
• Familiar with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or other website builders.
• Comfortable working with website updates, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools in your development workflow.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to work onsite at our office in Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain websites based on project requirements.
• Work with platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and other website builders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
• Implement website updates, improvements, and basic customizations.
• Collaborate with the engineering and other teams to deliver projects.
• Use AI tools to support development, troubleshooting, and productivity.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
