Job summary

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy serving leading Indonesian brands and looking to expand its design and branding capabilities. The role focuses on creating print and web design assets, including EDMs, landing pages, web banners, and promotional materials, while coordinating with external vendors and HQ for timely launches.

The candidate will ensure active branding, promote awareness to customers, and support related marketing projects/events.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Web Design or related discipline.
• 2–4 years experience in Web Design; B2B marketing exposure is a plus.
• Competent in Web Design and HTML/JS/CSS coding.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design EDMs, landing pages, web banners, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for design, prep, and launch of online materials.
• Ensure consistent branding and promotional awareness to customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to communicate and implement marketing campaigns.
• Support marketing projects and events as needed.

Job Description

• Develop And Create Print & Web Design Tasks, Such As Designing EDMs, Landing Pages, Web Banners, Paper Promotion, Advertisements Where Required.
• Work Closely With External Vendors / Agencies (as Required) And HQ In Design, Preparation And Launch Of Online Materials (EDMs, Landing Pages).
• Ensure Active Branding, Promotion And Creating Awareness To Potential And Existing Customers.
• Foster Good Working Relationships With Internal Department And Other Departments To Ensure Effective Communication And Implementation Of Marketing Campaigns.
• Support Any Other Related And Ad Hoc Marketing Projects/events As Required.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or related discipline.
• 2-4 years experience in WebDesign, exposure to B2B Marketing is an advantage.
• Competent in Web Design and HTML JS CSS coding.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop or other relevant design software.
• Creative and have strong copywriting skills.
• Good project management and organization skills.
• Have experience in Social media and other marketing activity is an advantage
