Job summary

Qoar Creative Agency is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create marketing materials, digital assets, and social content in line with brand guidelines. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure outputs meet project objectives and maintain a consistent visual style across social channels.

The role requires a strong portfolio, solid typography knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout composition, and color theory
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to WFO in our HeadQOARter (Surabaya)
