Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is assisting a bank client in East Java to hire a Relationship Manager for Funding Business. The role focuses on acquiring customers, managing portfolios, and driving cross-sell opportunities while maintaining service standards.

You should have 3–5 years of wealth-management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong product knowledge across funds, bonds, FX, and insurance. Candidates with HNW client exposure and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in wealth management or related roles.
• Experience handling a range of financial products (funds, bonds, FX, insurance).
• Proven track record with High-Net-Worth, Affluent or Premier clients.
• Bachelor degree required; professional certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of investment products and cross-selling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer acquisition and oversee existing portfolios.
• Drive additional sales and cross-sell products.
• Provide transactional services aligned with bank standards.
• Achieve growth targets for customer acquisition and portfolio volume.
