Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA in Bali is hiring a Relationship Manager to lead relationships with Affluent, Premier, and HNW clients and to identify their wealth goals. You will deliver suitable wealth management and investment solutions, promote products like mutual funds, bonds, deposits, insurance, FX, and achieve annual sales, revenue, and AUM targets while maintaining full compliance.

Minimum 3–5 years in related roles; Bachelor's degree required, D3 with strong experience considered;

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Relationship/ Wealth/ Personal Banking or similar.
• Experience handling Affluent, Premier, Preferred, or HNW customers.
• Proven sales track record achieving targets.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, bonds, funding products, insurance, and FX.
• Bachelor's degree; D3 with strong experience considered.
• Certifications such as WAPERD, AAJI, WPPE preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation and acquisition skills.
• Stable employment history; 1–2 years at same company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Affluent, Premier, and HNW customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide wealth management solutions.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and AUM targets.
• Acquire new customers and expand portfolio via referrals and prospecting.
• Promote financial products including mutual funds, bonds, deposits, insurance, FX.
• Maintain relationships to increase engagement, AUM, and product penetration.
• Provide investment solutions aligned with goals and risk profile.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
