Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow and manage relationships with Affluent, Premier, and HNW customers in Jakarta. Focus is on wealth management solutions and revenue growth through cross-selling.

Requires 3–5 years in wealth/relationship management, a Bachelor’s degree, and relevant certifications such as WAPERD, AAJI, or WPPE preferred. Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Lampung area and meet sales targets.

Our banking client is looking for experienced Relationship Management professionals to manage and grow relationships with Affluent and High-Net-Worth (HNW) customers while driving revenue through comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Placement: WEST JAKARTA (Taman Palem, Kebon Jeruk, Puri Kencana, Central Park)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with Affluent, Preferred, Premier, and HNW customers.
• Identify customer financial needs and provide suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing customers.
• Promote a broad range of financial products, including mutual funds, bonds, funding products, investments, insurance, and foreign exchange (forex).
• Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio to achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Provide personalized financial advice based on customers financial objectives and risk profiles.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or a related banking role.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Proven experience handling HNW, Affluent, Premier, or Preferred Banking customers.
• Strong background in Wealth Management and investment products.
• Hands‑on experience handling products such as mutual funds, bonds, funding products, investments, insurance, and foreign exchange (forex).
• Suitable backgrounds include Relationship Manager (RM), Personal Financial Advisor (PFA), Wealth Advisor, Personal Banker, or similar positions.
• Revenue‑driven and target‑oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, particularly mutual funds, bonds, and other wealth management instruments.
• MUST HAVE relevant certifications such as WAPERD, AAJI, and WPPE are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Willing to be placed within the Jakarta/Lampung area.
• Must have prior experience handling the specific area they are applying for (e.g., candidates applying for Lampung should have existing experience handling customers or business in that area).
