Job summary

Uob Kay in Balikpapan seeks a Wealth Banking Officer to manage and grow client relationships and to acquire new-to-bank clients, expanding the wealth portfolio. You will conduct KYC and ensure regulatory compliance while monitoring PEP clients and supporting cross-branch assignments within the city.

Strong English communication, relationship management, and sales skills are essential; WPPE/AAJI certification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Good communication in English written and conversational.
• WPPE and/or AAJI certification is required.
• Willing to be placed in different branches in same city.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Wealth Banking Clients.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and grow the wealth portfolio.
• Generate fee income through investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Conduct KYC processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage PEP Clients in accordance with bank policies.
