Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, international development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in communications and campaign management for multi-country programs.
• Strong content creation, writing, storytelling, and multimedia skills.
• Experience managing influencer partnerships and social media campaigns.
• SBCC and community-level behavior change experience, with a focus on public health and WASH.
• Proven campaigns reaching large audiences.
• Excellent English writing with ability to craft narratives for diverse audiences.
• Interpersonal and coordination skills across cultures/time zones.
• Experience on donor-funded programs.
• Established media/journalist networks in East Nusa Tenggara and nationally.
• Experience delivering training for field staff and communities.

Responsibilities

• Translate climate-resilient WASH milestones into compelling, ethical narratives.
• Ensure branding and donor guidelines compliance.
• Design and implement SBCC campaigns promoting hygiene.
• Capture and package program learning and evidence.
• Lead development and delivery of the program communication plan.
• Develop messages, audience, channels for dissemination.
• Support public events from communications perspective.
• Draft content for press releases, factsheets, profiles.
• Organize media visits and manage guidelines.
• Monitor visibility metrics and report results.
• Provide safeguarding and GEDSI in all outputs.
• Train program staff and partners on brand guidelines.
