Job summary

Staffinc invites you to join our warehouse team to oversee receiving and dispatch, ensure items match documents, and supervise packing per SOPs. You will organize stock placement following FIFO, maintain a safe workplace, and conduct regular inspections.

Document movements in WMS/ERP or Excel, ensure proper filing of Delivery Orders and Stock Reports, and coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to keep operations smooth and accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major (Industrial Engineering, management, logistics, or related fields preferred).
• Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel for data recording and reporting.
• Understanding of basic Warehouse Management and Inventory Control principles (e.g., FIFO, Stock Opname).
• Prior experience using WMS or ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving process and ensure alignment between items and documents (PO/Delivery Order).
• Supervise goods issuing and dispatch, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments per SOPs.
• Organize stock placement following FIFO or defined standards and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Record inbound/outbound movements in the designated system (WMS/ERP/Excel) and ensure filing of stock reports.
• Perform routine stock counts and report discrepancies to supervisor; prepare periodic reports for coordination with departments.
