Job summary

PT Yusen Logistics Interlink Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, and returns.

You will lead and develop warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, implement improvements, ensure safety and OHS compliance, and collaborate with transport, procurement, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment across sites in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at Assistant Manager level or 5 years as Senior Supervisor in warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, and returns processes.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel (formulas, pivots, reporting, data analysis), PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent English communication skills; strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound, inventory, returns).
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement for productivity.
• Ensure stock accuracy via cycle counts and investigations into discrepancies.
• Prepare regular warehouse operation reports and support data for audits.
