Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations support is preferred.

• Assist in the coordination and follow-up of daily operational processes.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data for reports.
• Support operations systems, including data entry and exception handling.
• Assist in executing business process improvement projects.

Job description

Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support process optimization.

Support operations systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, OMS), including data entry and exception handling.

Assist in executing business process improvement projects, including documentation and standardization of workflows.
